I see a new AR barrel and a dirty used BCG. It may be the angle that the photo was shot but something looks off about the feed ramp cuts.

I suppose you could have a smith correct the barrel extension, but if it were me, I'd just get a new one. The guy who bought that one sent it back for a replacement.
Looks like someone made a barrel extension wrong.
You seem to have a bit of experience with this type of diagnosis. Built a few rifles have you? ;)
