The Bearded Backyarder's Beef Loin
Beef Loin done right. Trimmed and peeled, seasoned, pan seared each side 4 mins in iron skillet with stick of butter. 10 Mins in iron skillet with oven @ 475, reduce heat to 425, let it go for 24 mins. Core temp @ 145. Remove and let rest for 10 mins. Slice and enjoy. Every now and then you have to treat yourself.
