Dog deemed a hero after finding missing toddler

FLORIEN, LA (KPLC) -

A mother and a community is resting easy just days after a missing boy was found safe. The remarkable rescue is all thanks to an unlikely hero.

You can't miss three-year-old Eli Alcock. Even in a crowd… his little voice sticks out.

It's a sound his mother Lindsy thought she'd never hear again after he went missing Tuesday night.

"Imagining never seeing him again...never hearing him again. Just the reality of what was happening...I mean it was hard," she said.

Drowning in fear and desperate for help, Alcock turned to the community.

Can YOU spot this armed camouflaged Marine watching you

Deer Tongue Tacos

Let’s talk tongue! No, nothing dirty here, so get your minds out of the gutter! Having recently moved to South Texas, lengua is a new thing for me, but something I enjoy greatly. I was first introduced to it via my Mother-In-Law, and loved the flavor, the juiciness, and that fattiness. Yum Yum! On our last hunting trip, my husband got a wild hair up his butt and asked the guy doing our processing to save the tongue. Yes, we got a LOT of weird looks, but I was game. I’m a big advocate of using what you kill, so this fit perfectly into my philosophy.

"This critical shipment will help us continue to enable the Nato alliance," Colonel Matthew Redding told US military newspaper Stars and Stripes on Sunday.

"The fact that it's the biggest single shipment in 10 years demonstrates our continued commitment to the defence of our allies," Redding added.

According to the paper, it took 415 shipping containers to move the ammunition across the Atlantic.

In 2011 he co-hosted "Dirty Money" with his brother, comedian John DiResta, on the Discovery Channel.

The guy is ridiculously good at whatever he makes. I don't think there's a tool that he doesn't have.

Captain Higgins targets suspected gang members

This is what happens when you fuck with the wrong community of people who are very connected on a LOCAL Level. This is Sheriff Captain Clay Higgins. He will end you and your fuckery. Mark it.

I can support a man who speaks bluntly with complete disregard for special little snowflake feelings and state sponsored social programming. At least you know his stance off the jump and he doesn't apologize for it either. We need more men like him in this wide spread waste full of sissies and safe space zombies.

U.S. Marshals Arrest Houston Man for 1987 Student Loan Debt

A Houston man says U.S. Marshals showed up at his door with automatic weapons and full combat gear — all because he hadn't paid a $1,500 student loan from nearly three decades ago.

Paul Aker told TODAY the marshals forced him to the ground, handcuffed him and briefly threw him behind bars over his 1987 loan for Prairie View A&M. Aker said he had no idea why the officers were there, much less why they were in tactical clothing.

"All this fire power for a student loan?" Aker, a freelance sound engineer, said he asked the marshals who served him the arrest warrant. "Send a summons, certified letter — not the marshals."

The People vs. the Police State: The Struggle for Justice in the Supreme Court

“We are not to simply bandage the wounds of victims beneath the wheels of injustice, we are to drive a spoke into the wheel itself.”—Dietrich Bonhoeffer
The untimely death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has predictably created a political firestorm.

Republicans and Democrats, eager to take advantage of an opening on the Supreme Court, have been quick to advance their ideas about Scalia’s replacement. This is just the beginning of the furor over who gets to appoint the next U.S. Supreme Court justice (President Obama or his successor), when (as soon as Obama chooses or as long as Congress can delay), how (whether by way of a recess appointment or while Congress is in session), and where any judicial nominee will stand on the hot-button political issues of our day (same-sex marriage, Obamacare, immigration, the environment, and abortion).

This is yet another spectacle, not unlike the carnival-like antics of the presidential candidates, to create division, dissension and discord and distract the populace from the nation’s steady march towards totalitarianism.

Eagles of Death Metal singer: 'Until nobody has guns, everybody has to'

The lead singer of a California rock band that performed at Paris' Bataclan concert hall during a terror attack last year, says gun control is not the key to ending violence.

“Until nobody has guns, everybody has to have them,” Jesse Hughes of the Eagles of Death Metal, said during a tearful interview with French tv station, iTélé, on Monday.

The Eagles of Death Medal were performing at the Bataclan on Nov. 13, when gunmen opened fire on the audience, killing 89 people.

Hughes said not a day goes by that he doesn’t think about what happened at the theater.

“When I’m awake is when I see things that are nightmares,” Hughes told iTélé. “I thought that talking about it would make it easier. I thought expelling it from inside me would make me less like this, but it’s not.”

Albuquerque baby makes history with cannabis oil at Colorado hospital

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An Albuquerque couple is fighting to save their 2-month-old daughter and Thursday, they made history at a Colorado hospital.

Amylea Nunez has suffering from seizures since she was born, and doctors can’t find the cause.

“She has a rare form of epilepsy,” Nicole Nunez said. “They don’t know exactly the type.”

Amylea was born in December, but all she knows is the inside of a neonatal intensive-care unit.

“About a day after we went home from delivery is when she had her first seizure,” Nicole said.

Doctors in New Mexico could no longer help, so the family was taken to the Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colorado. They’ve been there for the last two months. Amylea’s mother, Nicole, is with her full time. While her father, Ernie Nunez, travels back-and-forth to Albuquerque, working and taking care of the couple’s other children.

Marine Fired from Restaurant for Fake Reasons Gets Witty and Awesome Revenge

I don’t know who you are. I don’t know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don’t have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you.

Over the last 10 or so years in the military, I’ve learned a few things. One of the most important things I’ve learned is the true meaning being revenge being a dish best served cold. It’s easy to throw a punch or say something you might regret later but wouldn’t you rather dream up an elaborate revenge plan and sit back while your unsuspecting victim reaps the glory of  your well thought out plan?

Here’s one Marine that shares my philosophy.

We all know the saying, “In order to make an omelette, you gotta crack a few eggs”. A very down to Earth saying with a lot of meaning and truth behind it. I guess you can even apply this saying to revenge in some cases, particularly my story of revenge. A story of revenge so great, that it might be one of the best cases of revenge so far in the year 2016, or at least I tell myself that. In the end, unfortunately, there was some collateral damage, but hey, you know the saying…

I am a former Marine living in a semi-small town that I am not from, trying to make ends meet while I wait for my tech school to start this summer. I’ve been out of the Marines for a few years now, and after partying day in and day out and making ends meet by bar tending at various bars around my state, I have finally convinced myself that it’s time to stop being a man-child and work toward a stable career. Hence, I’ve enrolled myself in a tech school. In the mean time, I figured can squeeze as much as I can out of the service industry until I complete school and graduate. Well, that was the plan and it still is, but not at the restaurant/bar I thought it would be.

I moved to this town from another state with my girlfriend, due to a tragedy in her family. After living off savings for a few months, I decided to snag a job to make things easier to stay afloat. I ended up at a quaint little restaurant very close to where my girlfriend worked. A restaurant recently re-opened by it’s corporate ownership after a terrible franchise owner had control of it. All of the staff were new hires, from the top to the bottom. The restaurant was now full service, as opposed to ordering at a counter. It had a beautiful mahogany bar that meshed well with the theme of the restaurant, that was sectioned off from the dining side of it. Great food and even better drink specials, the perfect place for me to make ends meet while I attend school. It was convenient in so many ways, my girlfriend and I could save gas by driving in one vehicle when our schedules matched, she could come eat lunch or dinner on her break and get a discount on food, things just seemed perfect.

When I first started working at this restaurant, management seemed to really like having me around. I was very good at entertaining guests, I brought people in to the bar, and I was great at making drinks. One night stands out the most, I had a couple walk in to the restaurant minutes from closing. Often when this happens, you will get a server who is upset that they have to do their job a little longer, and that will reflect on their service. Not me, it is their money and we are still technically open 10 minutes until we close, so I am going to treat these guests just like I would any other guest. The couple clearly had a great night and left me a very big tip. The next day I was shown an email that was sent to corporate, with nothing but praises about my service and attitude. I assumed it was from the same couple, but who knows.

Political correctness is language control.

And language control is thought control. Period. The rise of modern political correctness (PC) is a great example of the cunning way in which social engineers such as the New World Order manipulators operate. Political correctness is soft censorship. It is intolerance disguised as tolerance. As George Carlin said, it is fascism pretending to be manners. It is running amok not just in Universities but now almost everywhere in society. Just as Orwell laid out so precisely in 1984, political correctness is the Newspeak which is threatening to limit our ability to freely speak and think, by reducing the number of available words in our vocabulary.

Political Correctness: Based on the Non-Existent “Right” to Not Be Offended

Truth is stranger than fiction. When you look at the twisted contortions the PC crowd is insisting people go through to rid their language of anything “offensive”, it has entered the theater of the absurd. Political correctness dictates what you can and can’t say, based on how “offensive” a word is. Right off the bat there are several problems with this. Firstly, who are the commissars, officials or authorities who are granting themselves massive power by getting to decide what ranks as “offensive”? Secondly, since when did “feeling offended” or “having your feelings hurt” become such an important issue that it legally justifies restricting everyone’s freedom? Last time I checked, freedom of speech was a genuine and legitimate human right (enshrined in the legal documents of many countries), whereas the “right to not feel offended” is imaginary and non-existent.

It makes money folks. A lot of it. Every media company knows that stories about race and gender bias draw huge audiences, making identity politics a reliable profit center in a media industry beset by insecurity. They don't run without ad spots and advertising revenue.

I'm immune to the baiting and censorship. My response is always this : If you don't like what I'm saying, come try and shut my mouth or get on down the road with that bullshit. I will defend the erosion of hard truths every time. Take your entitled victimhood loving ass somewhere else.

Your Child’s Doctor Wants to Know: Are There Guns in Your Home?

What do you say when your child’s pediatrician asks if there are guns in your home? If it hasn’t happened to you yet, be ready. As our government gets more and more intrusive into our lives, it’s important that you are prepared to answer.

According to an article by Dr. Susan Berry, more and more physicians are being urged to question patients about gun ownership while taking health histories during regular office visits. Dr. Eric Fleegler of Boston Children’s Hospital, a member of a “gun violence” panel and one of the lead supporters of this line of questioning, claims that research published in the Journal of the American Board of Family Practice shows that “patient counseling in the doctor’s office about proper firearms storage [is] more likely to lead to a safe change in gun storage.”

Do you want to know why they will make it a point to ask your children these types of questions? Because children tell the truth most of the time. They've not had much time in life to practice their poker face and become good little liars. The definition of mental illness will expand exponentially, wait and see. They can't outright go door to door and confiscate just yet, so they'll use your Doctor as foreplay until they can figure out the rest of the plan to remove you from your 2A right. Have you noticed the attack on Due Process has escalated?

Obama Seeks $10-Per-Barrel Oil Tax to Fund Clean Transport

President Barack Obama wants oil companies to pay a $10 fee for every barrel of oil to help fund investments in clean transportation that fight climate change.

Obama will formalize the proposal Tuesday when he releases his final budget request to Congress. The $10-per-barrel fee is expected face solid opposition from Republicans who control Congress and oppose new taxes and Obama's energy policies.

Still, the White House hopes the proposal will drive a debate about the need to get energy producers to help fund such efforts to promote clean transportation.

The White House said the $10 fee would be phased in over five years. The revenue would provide $20 billion per year for traffic reduction, expanding investment in transit systems and new modes of transportation like high-speed rail. It would also revamp how regional transportation systems are funded, providing $10 billion to encourage investment that lead to cleaner transportation options.

*******************************************************************************************************************************

He's obviously not up to speed on fluid dynamics, baffles, and hydraulic pressures. He wants to move oil on high speed trains?

What could possibly go wrong?

8 Billion in the "Stimulus Package" that none of us felt stimulated by, for high speed rail development and projects...

Here we are, still with no magically built high speed trains.

So let's do some math.

What's Brent crude at, $34.46 a barrel? Or somewhere around that? Yeah, let's just go ahead and scalp the fuck out of a barrel at 29%. That makes sense right? Here's your answer to his NO on the Keystone Pipeline, just in case you forgot about that. Phased in over 5 years? It doesn't sound so bad when there's meat left on the bone at $150 a barrel, but at $34.46 a barrel? Not so much.

Does he really expect "energy producers" to get on board and line up in droves to get their new planned scalpings? Sounds like a great idea, said no one ever...

Teamster's Rail Conference payoff anyone? Anyone? Is this thing on?

The public, out of necessity, turned to automobiles and flying for a reason. Trains suck. They are meant in our modern time for hauling coal, goods, freight, machines, and many other things.  Personal travel on them is fine I guess if you've got some time to kill. Most people don't. They want to get where they are going as fast as possible because they have other shit to do when they get there.

Have a great weekend heads...

The man who wants to legalize rape

Daryush "Roosh" Valizadeh is causing a firestorm because he is pro-rape.

Courtney Underwood advocates for the victims of sexual assault.

"The entire thing is offensive," she said.

Valizadeh said he wants to legalize rape on private property.  In his view, women then wouldn't put themselves in positions to be victimized.

"It's sad that he thinks he has a following, but I think we have to recognize that there are people who take insane crazy positions on everything, and that live on hate," Underwood said.

Adrianne Fields was offended when she heard what Valizadeh was advocating.  She was raped for two hours on private property in her own home in Grand Prairie.

Her attacker broke in in the middle of the night.

"To turn over and see him running towards me was one of the worst moments of my life, and having the fear of not knowing whether I would live or die in that moment," Fields said.

Story here

Then read this here

***************************************************************************************************************************

I got the point he was trying to make. 90% of the planet did not and went on the offensive. That's because your average mouse is so short sighted that all it does is look for its next nibble on the floor while the wheel of cheese is laid out full spread on the table...

I won't explain for him here, he's done well enough of that on his own. If you are one to instantly go pitchfork and mob out with the rest of the mentally inferior lemmings, you probably don't care anyways and it'd be a waste of energy to explain in detail.

With that being said, if there ever was someone openly and blatantly supporting rape like the media claimed he was doing, they'd have a hard time down here among us Texans. Our women carry rape whistles that are incredibly loud and fast.
