We are getting some good bugs this season...


Some of the best I've ever seen... They are almost $3 a pound at the moment.

Bill, that was a 28lb sack, if that helps clarify your math. I think salt is a waste of money when you purge em'. I'd rather put those extra dollars towards cold beer! To the best of my knowledge, letting them soak without food for about 12 hours is the best way to purge the hind gut. They were excellent with an ice cold Corona.

MM MM MM, so much better than shrimp. the only way I ever seen them up by me if frozen which sucks. I need to get south one of these days. its been too long.
