Texas police chief, others urge citizens to arm themselves

DALLAS (AP) -- A Texas police chief who warns President Barack Obama in a social media video that trying to disarm Americans would "cause a revolution in this country" is the latest law enforcement official to urge citizens to arm themselves in the wake of mass shootings.

Randy Kennedy, longtime chief in the small East Texas town of Hughes Springs, about 120 miles east of Dallas, says in the video posted this week on his personal Facebook page that the Second Amendment was established to protect people from criminals and "terrorists and radical ideology."

"It's also there to protect us against a government that has overreached its power," Kennedy says in the video. "You are not our potentate, sir. You are our servant."

He warned people in his town to prepare themselves: "Be ready when the wolf comes to the door, because it's on its way."

Yep.. and the moment the first shot by an organized militia or CIDG and Capt. Crackpipe gets to activate COG, declare martial law under "Patriot I and II" suspend elections, disband both congress and the court, and declare himself "President for life". He can then bring in "UN Peacekeepers" and (he thinks) do as he damn pleases. This is what V. Jerett, Bush, Both political party's and most of congress WANT. They want civil war because they think they can control it, and because it gives cover to the plan for a UN world Governance with us as the first Domino. OBAMA WANTS A CIVIL WAR! As insane as that sounds I believe (and have for a while now) That that is EXACTLY what the "socialists" want and our government is now 80+% "socialist". The governments "dirty tricks" shop has been ratcheting up the pressure for seven years trying to force a hard left turn (they did almost the exact same thing after sandy hook as they are doing now) and it has all failed spectacularly. The socialist are getting desperate. The old hippies are all in there seventy's + and they just don't have the "traction" they think they should... They have become just as fanatical as any suicide bomber.. I really can't see this ending well.---Ray
