Law enforcement presses on in hunt for Frein

HARRISBURG - The state's top cop vowed Tuesday to continue deploying needed resources to capture suspected cop killer Eric Matthew Frein.

"Our focus is on catching Frein to bring him to justice," said Frank Noonan of Clarks Summit following a closed-door briefing with state lawmakers at the state Capitol. "The manhunt is not being impacted because of a lack of resources."

Frein, of 308 Seneca Lane, Canadensis, is accused of using a .308-caliber rifle to shoot and kill Cpl. Bryon K. Dickson II of Dunmore and Trooper Alex T. Douglass of Olyphant during a Sept. 12 sniper attack at the Blooming Grove state police barracks in Pike County. Tuesday marked the 32nd day authorities have been searching for Frein, focusing the past few weeks in a dense wooded area straddling Barrett and Price townships in Monroe County.

I haven't heard much about this lately at all. Thanks a lot Ebola. Surely there's got to be someone helping him. You don't make it this long on energy bars without help or being out of the country. My guess is he's not even here anymore. That bird squawked, shit, and flew off a long time ago.
